Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated: 7 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-07
This Cookie Policy applies to visaviza.com and all current and future VisaViza product subdomains and must be read with the Privacy Policy.
Essential technologies currently used
The Platform uses a first-party PHP session cookie to maintain saved application, anti-forgery and checkout state, and a first-party locale cookie to remember language. Server-side rate-limit and security records help prevent abuse. These functions are necessary to deliver the service and protect forms.
Payment technology
Stripe payment components may use cookies, device signals and similar technologies for secure payment, authentication and fraud prevention. Those components are supplied by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s notices as well as the disclosures in our Privacy Policy.
Analytics and advertising
The current implementation does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, session replay or marketing email pixels. If VisaViza introduces non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, they will not be activated before legally required consent, and this Policy and the consent interface will identify their provider, purpose and duration.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can stop saved progress, security, language selection or checkout from functioning. Where non-essential consent controls are introduced, you will be able to withdraw consent as easily as it was given.
Server logs and retention
Cookies are distinct from ordinary hosting logs. Logs can contain IP address, browser and request information and are retained for short operational and security periods unless an incident or legal claim requires longer retention. Application retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Contact and changes
Use the contact form for questions. We will update the effective date when practices change and provide any consent or notice required by applicable law.
